See the Spring/Summer 2026 bridal collection from Francesca Miranda that's inspired by the ethereal beauty of the ocean with gorgeous gowns, jumpsuits, and matching accessories that are an homage to the ocean, the coast, and the timeless mystique of pearls.
Known for her unexpected silhouettes and intricate fabrics and materials, Colombian bridal and womenswear designer Francesca Miranda showed her Spring/Summer 2026 bridal collection at this season's New York Bridal Fashion Week. The striking Pearla collection of gorgeous gowns – and a vintage-style jumpsuit – as well as matching accessories such as toppers, boleros, jackets, overskirts, sleeves, and veils, was created as an homage to the ocean, the coast, and the timeless mystique of pearls.
"Like Venus, the goddess of love who rose from the sea, the Pearla bride emerges from a world rich with symbolism – soft yet powerful, ethereal yet grounded," the founder and designer shares. "This collection is a reflection of the duality every woman embodies: the strength of her inner world and the beauty she radiates from within. Each gown tells a story of transformation, capturing both the mystery and the magnificence of the sea, while honoring the timeless qualities of femininity.
Rich in craftsmanship, the collection highlights hand-embroidered gowns that reflect the shimmer and textures of the sea, as well as cinched silhouettes, dramatic draping, column shapes, and sculptural volume coming together to create movement and fluidity inspired by the ocean. The symbolism of pearls – representing wealth, beauty, fertility, and luck across cultures – is also featured in many of the gowns including "Ginevra" highlighting nearly 10,000 pearls, all sourced from Brazil and individually beaded onto French lace custom-dyed to blend with the pearls' natural tones.
Other standout features include dropped waists in "Aleena," "Ordelia," "Maria," and "Celeste," structured corset bodices in "Helena," "Rosalie," and "Celina," as well as flowers both large and small in "Filomena," "Salma," "Marella," "Adria," and the "Isla" dress. From chic mini dresses and silk column gowns, to romantic lace looks, to eye-catching silhouettes paired with unique additions such as flowing overskirts, bubble sleeves, organza hoods, and an array of toppers, boleros, and jackets, this collection is a must-see.
